Dairy goes digital

To really engage with consumers and hold their attention, an app or digital tool is the way to go. Castello’s new Cheese Board Builder is an online interactive tool that helps consumers pair Castello cheeses with foods and beverages based on their taste and dietary preferences. Castello is a brand of Arla Foods USA.

The digital tool enables consumers to create personalized cheese boards based on their preferences.  This includes whether they enjoy bold or mild flavors, traditional or unexpected pairings, and creamy, blue or aged cheeses. They can also indicate if the board should be gluten-free, vegetarian, low-sugar or non-alcoholic.To read more, click HERE.
