A report released by Freedonia Focus Reports indicates that dairy products are expected to be the fastest growing segment of processed foods exported by the US. This trend is a result of increasing consumer demand for healthy, natural snacks with higher protein content. According to USDEC Chinese dairy imports from the US increased by 73% over the past eight months.
