LEARN HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN CHEESE/DAIRY PRODUCTS DURING THE MPO DAIRY EXPO AT THE AFRICAN LIVESTOCK TRADE FAIR

The MPO is once again presenting a two-day cheese making course at the African Livestock Trade Fair which will be held at the AfriDome in Parys.  The course will run on 27 and 28 September and is a hands-on course where students will be able to make their own cheese and also take home a training manual.

During these two days, you will learn to make yoghurt, maas, buttermilk, feta, halloumi, cottage cheese, Camembert, Roquefort, Gouda and mozzarella.  NOT TO BE MISSED.
