Better times ahead

MPO chairman Nigel Lok praised dairy farmers for their perseverance under difficult circumstances and said he was positive that better times were on their way. He said this while presenting his report at the organisation’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday. Lok added that the MPO had undergone major restructuring since the appointment of Dr Chris van Dijk last year and had heightened its focus on supporting dairy farmers to be sustainable, profitable and competitive.  Nigel Lok and George Kuyler were re-elected as chairman and vice-chairman of the MPO, respectively.
