Infant formula shortage in Australia

There is currently a shortage of Karicare and Aptamil infant formula in Australia. This is the second time in just over a year that Nutricia Australia New Zealand (ANZ) cannot supply in the growing demand. The company stated on its website that it is currently experiencing an increase in demand for the products, which has resulted in “short-term out-of-stocks on supermarket and pharmacy shelves.” Nutricia ANZ also confirmed: “Our first priority is to ensure that we can supply product of the highest quality to all Australia and New Zealand moms, dads and carers.
