Learn how to make cheese at Africa Livestock Trade Fair

A cheesemaking course will be presented at the AfriDome in Parys during the Africa Livestock Trade Fair on 27 and 28 September 2016. Retha Carelson, who in the past very successfully presented several cheesemaking courses at the MPO’s All Africa Dairy Expos,  will once again be teaching people how to make feta, yoghurt, maas, buttermilk, cottage cheese, halloumi, Camembert, Roquefort, mozzarella and Gouda.

Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to become a versatile cheesemaker.  Book now by contacting Julie McLachlan on 012 843 5638 or julie@mpo.co.za to avoid disappointment.
