The US dairy industry has joined forces under the leadership of the Innovation Centre for US Dairy to launch a new dairy campaign − Undeniably Dairy – in an attempt to improve engagement with consumers. President of Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) and the Innovation Centre for U.S. Dairy, Barbara O’Brien, said: “”We know that consumers are increasingly looking back through the dairy value chain to understand where their food is coming from and how it’s produced. Our vision is to ensure people trust dairy as essential to their lives and essential as a food and beverage group.” The multimedia campaign will not only showcase dairy as part of consumers’ everyday lives but also focus on dairy farmers’ contribution to the community.
