UNPROCESSED MILK PRODUCTION for November 2021

Unprocessed milk production for November 2021 is estimated at 325 million litres, 4,41% more than in November 2020. Cumulative unprocessed milk production for 2021 (inclusive of November) was 2 990 million litres, which indicates a negative growth of −0,92% for the first eleven months of 2021, as compared with the same period of 2020 (source: Milk SA; October and November 2021 are preliminary).
