UNPROCESSED MILK PRODUCTION IN JANUARY 2022

The preliminary production for January 2022 (280 million litres) indicates a growth of 1,7% when compared to the January 2021 (275 million litres) production. The perspective is that the January 2021 production of unprocessed milk decreased with 4,8% when compared to January 2020 (289 million litres).

Note: the supply for January 2022 is 9 million litres less than in January 2020. More or less one day supply without taking into account any demand growth factor.
