Woodlands Dairy launches biofuel boile

Eastern Cape dairy processor Woodlands Dairy launched a biofuel boiler on Monday, 5 September 2016. Biomass in the form of sustainable wood chips is supplied by MTO Forestry (Pty) Ltd. Woodlands Dairy entered into a partnership with the company which enabled it to install the Green Bio-Mass fuelled boiler system that will use the wood chip biomass from its Longmore sawmill as fuel. A long-term contract has been signed to supply a minimum of 35 000 tons of biomass a year. Press Release. To read more, click HERE.
